Youth Build Give Back Day

Start’s YouthBuild program is doing a Give Back day at Outback Steakhouse in Houma this Sunday, July 16th for lunch and dinner. All you have to do is mention Start Corp. YouthBuild when you receive your bill and 10% of your bill will go to our YouthBuild program. Proceeds will help our students put the finishing touches on an event called “Unity in the Community” which will take place on July 29th 2pm-6pm at Dumas Auditorium in Houma.

“Unity in the Community” is part of the community service component of our program. Students identified crime as something in our community that they would like to see change so they came up with this event to bring the community together. We will have finger foods and drinks as well as guest speakers from different disciplines within the community. It is free to get in so tell your family and friends! Hope to see you there!
